Growing up, Jackie and her family spent much of her early years moving throughout the Southern States, spending the majority of her childhood in the great State of Texas. It was therefore a no brainer for Jackie to join the burnt orange brigade, when that time came, going on to earn a Bachelor degree in Speech and Language Pathology from The University of Texas (Hook ‘Em Horns!). Having met her soon to be husband back in 8th grade, they finally began dating in college, tying the knot shortly after graduation. Jackie made the move to be with her husband and start their lives up in Virginia, where he was stationed for the Navy. This led her to carry on in higher education whereby Jackie obtained her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Old Dominion University.
Jackie’s natural patience coupled with her calming persona led her to spend her post-graduate years as a Special Education teacher in Virginia. With a background in teaching and a whole lot of patience, when Jackie and Chris’s first child came along in 1999, Jackie took on the multi-tasking, many hat wearing job of Mom! Jackie is Mom to 4 very active children, and over the many years has not only developed essential skills such as multi-tasking, flexibility, and organization, but has become a true master!
After spending several years and countless lacrosse tournaments in GA, Jackie and her husband fell in love with one particular community, and made the move here to Peachtree City a little over 3 years ago. In love with the lifestyle, community and their newly found friends, Jackie felt the time and opportunity was right to dive into the world of Real Estate, gaining her license in October of 2017. A neighbor of Roch and DeSales, Jackie felt their philosophies and morals aligned perfectly with her own, making the move to DeGolian Realty not only logical but the easiest decision yet!
Jackie’s calming presence, coupled with her years of mastered “Mom-Skills”, enables her to work tirelessly on her client’s behalf to ensure they have the best experience possible. Being a Mom of 4, you can rest assured that she'll be doing ALL the worrying for you! If Marvel were to stumble upon our steps, Jackie would most definitely be cast as Superwoman. Her high energy, alongside her aptitude for planning and organization leave the rest of us in absolute awe.
If being a Mom, Wife and now Realtor wasn’t enough, Jackie is also an avid runner and enjoys blowing off some steam playing tennis in both ALTA and USTA leagues. Exhausted just reading all of this..? Well.. there’s more, Jackie has also completed 5 marathons to date (including Boston) and rather than sit down at the end of a long day, she enjoys nothing more than getting her yard whipped into shape!
