WOW… The start of another year already – oh how time flies! 2021 has been a wonderful year for our Brokerage as we took on the challenge of organizing The Vince Rossetti Charity Golf Classic – a tournament close to our hearts, partnered with Adwerx to provide Digital Marketing for our agents and listings, and launched our monthly blog and Newsletter – The Local.
We are incredibly grateful for your business and friendship over the years. It is due to your continuous support that we managed to achieve our most successful year yet! We sold 209 homes – helped homeowners sell 94 homes and represented buyers on 115, and did over $95 million in total sales volume last year, all while making sure our clients land in the home of their dreams.

Listings have been few and far between this year, with the market staying shifted towards the sellers for the entire year. It has been no secret that the vast majority of homes have been under contract quicker than you can blink and more often than not for list price or higher! Fayette County’s statistics show an average list to sales price ratio of 99.6% which is notoriously high. Our agents have managed to secure our sellers a list to sales price average of 101.9% – meaning most of the time our sellers are achieving higher than the list price and putting more money in their pockets! This past year has been a particularly tough one for buyers as they’ve often found themselves competing against 10+ other offers on homes, placing bids way above asking, relinquishing financing and appraisal contingencies, and bringing far more cash to the table than ever before! With that being said, our wonderful agents have worked tirelessly to present offers in the best light possible, sharing experiences and helping each other to make sure our buyers become the chosen ones without over paying. How do we know this? Our Brokerage List to Sales price ratio on the buyside of deals is 97.76% – which means our agents are managing to close deals BELOW the list price when the rest of the market is vastly above! We are SO proud of our agents and extremely happy for their clients who have ultimately managed to save money whilst still finding their dream home.
