Hi, I’m Karen Kurtz! Born in California as an Army brat, I moved around quite a bit growing up, but spent most of my life in vibrant New Orleans. In 2007, I followed my heart—and grandkids!—to beautiful Peachtree City.
I began my real estate journey in 2010 as the Director for the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and earned my license in 2014, thanks to a dear friend’s encouragement. Since then, I've become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and have proudly served as President of the Women's Council of Realtors (2018) and NCBOR President (2023).
I specialize in helping Baby Boomers, military families, and fellow transplants find their perfect place to call home—because I’ve walked in those shoes myself.
Outside of work, you’ll find me golfing, exploring local fine-dining, traveling, or spending time with my amazing family—4 kids, 4 grandkids, and 3 great-grandkids! I met my husband Steve on a blind date 37 years ago, and life has been an adventure ever since.
Let’s find your next chapter together!
